In the group company, our necktie and cloth factory own 48sets of the most advanced "Stanbul" computer jacquard looms,and more than 110 sets of 'Sulzer' 'Somet','Superexcell' rapier looms, and 10 sets of 'Donier' jacquard looms with broad width(250cm,280cm),and necktie making workshop also owns the most advanced automatic necktie sewing Liba machine(1500pcs production capapcity per day) and the other machines,the company becomes one of the main manufacturer and supplier in producing various necktie and cloths in the world.As well,we also employ many necktie and fashion designers.
We produce every month 200,000 meters of yarn-dyed jacquard fabrics (width 210cm) and 1.7 million pieces of necktie.
Customer production cycle: fabric, 5,000 meters, 20 days ; necktie, 10,000 pieces, 25 days.
Sample making: batch pattern copying, 3 days; batch pattern making, 10 days.
Yarn inventory: 100 types of silk yarns available. Color selection: warp >100; weft >500.
Twistered yarn: warp 2ply; weft 4ply,5ply,6ply
